  3. In another small mixing bowl, whisk together the milk and egg.
  4. Add the milk/egg mixture to the flour mixture and stir together until combined.
  5. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently for about 30 seconds.
  6. Pat the dough into a 1/2 inch thick circle and use a biscuit cutter to cut out 6 biscuits.
  7. Place the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
